Ingredients
50ml Belgrove Spiced Fig & Blackberry Rum
1 teaspoon honey
2 dashes Angostura bitters
½ fresh fig (to garnish)
Method
Add the honey to a rocks glass along with the Belgrove Spiced Fig and Blackberry Rum and bitters and stir until the honey dissolves. Then, fill the glass with ice and stir again. Garnish with half a fresh fig on the side of the glass and serve.
