Fig | Cinnamon | Maple Syrup


25ml Belgrove Spiced Fig & Blackberry Rum

10ml maple syrup

1 star anise

1 cinnamon stick

15ml fresh lemon juice

1 slice of lemon (to garnish)

Raspberry (to garnish)    

200ml boiling water


Add the lemon juice and hot water to a mug, then add the maple syrup and stir until it dissolves. Pour in the Belgrove Spiced Fig & Blackberry Rum. Add the star anise and cinnamon stick and stir again, then leave for 2 minutes to infuse. Garnish with a fresh slice of lemon and a raspberry, and serve.
