Ingredients
40ml Belgrove Hazelnut Rum
20ml Mr Black coffee liqueur
30ml (1 shot) fresh espresso
2 heaped teaspoons of Lotus Biscoff spread
Crushed Biscoff biscuits (to garnish)
Method
Add the Belgrove Hazelnut Rum, coffee liqueur, espresso and Biscoff spread to a shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass, dust with crushed Biscoff biscuits to garnish.
