Coconut | Pineapple | Lime

Ingredients

50ml Belgrove Hazelnut Rum

60ml cream of coconut (we recommend Coco Lopez)

125ml pineapple juice

10ml lime juice

Wedge of fresh pineapple & pineapple leaves (to garnish)

Method

Combine the Belgrove Hazelnut Rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice & lime juice in a shaker with ice, and shake for 10 seconds.

Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice, and garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple & pineapple leaves.
