25ml Belgrove Spiced Fig & Blackberry Rum
10ml Chambord black raspberry liqueur
150ml sparkling wine
3 raspberries
3 blackberries
Method
Half-fill a wine glass with ice, then add the blackberries and raspberries. Pour over the Belgrove Spiced Fig & Blackberry Rum, followed by the black raspberry liqueur, then top with a sparkling wine of your choice.
